Product Overview:

This pipeline dredging robot is mainly used for dredging in pipelines of 600-2,000mm diameter. It also applies to underwater and underground pipelines.
This robot uses single-phase 220V as the power source, which is converted from the power supply to DC48V, and the DC motor is used as the torque output. 
It integrates the dual-motor independent control solution and our core closed-loop control algorithm, realizing the robot’s accurate and flexible operation control.

Product Features:

1. Special waterproof design with patented encoder sealing technology and patented oil sealing technology, suitable for 30m deep underwater operation.
2. The tracks can adjust the angle automatically to fit the round pipe, strong grip, suitable for both square and round pipes (Suitable for pipe diameter: 600-2,000mm).
3. Communication protocol: Modbus485/CAN/ROS.
4. You can choose and replace different dredging tools (digger bucket, rotary digging tool, and twisting suction tool) according to the actual working conditions and environments.
5. The dredging tools can be quickly fixed onto or unloaded from the robot.
6. High-voltage drive, standard wire control distance 50 meters, maximum 600 meters long distance.
7. Different remote controllers available (A01 joystick wireless remote control and video control box wired remote control).
8. Speed closed-loop and displacement closed-loop control can realize precise control.
9. Optional IP68 underwater camera, visual operation.
10. Optional: one-channel or four-channel remote control box.
11. Optional：Automatic cable winder, capable of automatic cable retraction and extension, with a 120Ah battery compartment, featuring battery inverter functionality, compatible with both urban AC power and batteries.
12. The power drive track assembly adopts a modular design, allowing for changes in different frame sizes according to various working conditions.
