Which control interfaces are supported?
Supported control and communication options vary by model and configuration. Depending on the chassis, they may include CANopen, RS-485, and ROS 2. Please share the model you are interested in so we can confirm the supported interfaces and provide the relevant documentation.
Do you provide drawings and technical documents?
Yes. We can provide a general assembly drawing, STEP file, electrical drawings, and communication interface protocol documentation.
Can you customize the chassis?
We accept minor customizations. Please provide the required modification locations and details. Drilling holes in the top cover is free of charge.

What after-sales support do you provide?
We provide a one-year warranty and technical support from our engineering team. Our engineers can answer technical questions and assist with troubleshooting, and we respond to technical inquiries within 24 hours. During the warranty period, if our assessment confirms that a fault was not caused by improper use or user damage, we will provide and ship the required replacement parts free of charge.
