Application:

This AVA-P6 Pipeline Robot Chassis is mainly used for operations in small horizontal pipelines. It can be equipped with cameras, detection equipment, etc.

Advantages:

1. As this chassis is small in size, It can enter pipelines with diameters of as small as 565mm. It can enter urban tunnel pipelines through manholes.
2. The chassis’s drive motor power can reach 2,000w, very powerful.
3.The tracks can adjust the angle automatically to fit the round pipes, providing strong ground gripping ability and dragging ability, suitable for both square and round pipes.
4. It uses high-pressure drive and provides ultra-long cable control (standard wire control distance 50 meters, maximum 600 meters). It can be equipped with an automatic cable winder to retract/release the cables automatically.
5. The chassis can use batteries (the maximum battery capacity is 200AH) or 380V AC as power supply.
6. With IP68 waterproof chassis body and oil-sealing motors, this pipeline robot chassis is suitable for 30m underwater operation.
7. Optional: one-channel or four-channel remote control box.
8. Optional: IP68 underwater camera, visual operation.
9. In front of the chassis, it can be equipped with siphon mud pump, reamer, high-pressure water gun and other cleaning tools to crush and clean reed roots, grass roots, household garbage and other colloidal substances or cut the plant roots and other sediments at the pipe junctions.
